Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 September 2026.

By using fontcue.com you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The content

Guides, comparisons, and recommendations on this site are provided for general informational purposes. They are opinions formed from our own testing, not professional design or legal advice. Font licences, prices, and availability change; always verify current terms on the seller’s own page before purchasing.

Fonts and files

We do not own the fonts we write about. Paid fonts remain the property of their designers and are sold under the seller’s licence, not ours. Free downloadable packs offered directly on this site are provided under the licence stated in the pack; you are responsible for reading and complying with it before commercial use.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep guides accurate and links working, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FontCue is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on its content, or any third-party site or product linked from it, including fonts, marketplaces, and tools mentioned in our guides.

Third-party sites

Links to marketplaces, foundries, and tools take you to sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave fontcue.com.

Intellectual property

Text, comparisons, and original graphics published on FontCue belong to FontCue unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to our articles with attribution; please do not republish full guides without permission.

These terms may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
